About us
“OnSite ImmoAgent” as a platform offers professional viewings in the commercial real estate market for all asset classes – without our clients having to be on site themselves. Through our network of agents, we carry out viewings of properties and their surroundings in and around Germany within 48 hours. Using pictures, videos and an individual inspection report, we provide an authentic impression of the property to be inspected. If desired, customers can be connected directly to the viewing via live stream. Our shareholders Capital Bay and Berlin Hyp are established companies in the real estate industry.
Requirements for agents
None. Of course, it makes the work easier if you have an interest in real estate, but you don’t have to be an expert.
You don’t need a car or bicycle. But a smartphone with a good camera is definitely necessary.
Any normal smartphone should do. But it must have a good camera (8MP). It doesn’t matter if it’s Android or iOS.
From the age of 18, you can become an agent for us.

No, OnSite ImmoAgent is completely free of charge for you.
Yes, with registration your data will remain as long as you do not delete your profile.
Yes, your data is absolutely secure. We follow the legal requirements of the BDSG. You can find more information in our privacy policy Datenschutzerklärung.

You can delete your account at any time in the OIA Agent app. You can find a corresponding button in your profile.
Payroll
We pay you a fixed amount per inspection. The amount depends on the complexity of the inspection and ranges between €15 and €50.
No, they are already included in the salary. Any travel costs are therefore covered by the amount.
In order to receive your fee, you only need to add your bank details to your profile. The invoice will be created automatically after each order and you can send it to us with one click. After checking the documents you submitted (photos, questionnaire) we will release the payment.
After your invoice has been checked, the payment will be transferred to your account. The payments are usually made weekly.
We assume that you do not have to charge us VAT. If you do, please let us know or send us an invoice.
The taxation depends on the amount of your total taxable income. We are not allowed to give legal and tax advice.
Job order management
To receive an order, you need an active account in our OIA agent app. You can download it for free from Google Play or App Store. As soon as objects in your area need to be inspected, we will contact you. Please make sure to activate the push notifications in your OIA Agent app. This way, you will know directly when we have an inspection request for you and you can accept/reject it immediately.
Unfortunately, we cannot name an exact number in advance. Our clients decide when and where assignments take place. However, we are always working on offering more and more assignments in all regions.
Please note that the orders have a fixed deadline. If you are unable to complete the order, cancel it early in your OIA Agent app.
Inspection
To be able to carry out an inspection, you first of all need the OIA Agent app. Here you will receive notifications about new jobs in your area and can complete them in the app at the same time. For each job, a questionnaire is stored, which guides you through the visit and informs you when which photos are needed. If you have any questions during the visit, you can contact us at any time by clicking on the question mark in your OIA Agent app.
This depends on the size of the property. The normal time is 15 minutes to 1 hour.
No, but of course it helps to get an idea of the location and surroundings of the object beforehand. You can do this quickly and easily using the map in each job in your OIA Agent app.
No, all you need is your smartphone and the OIA Agent app. There you fill out the questionnaire and send it straight to us.
Please use your smartphone and take care of a good exposure as well as a good photo quality. You can find the corresponding photo guides in your OIA agent app under the question mark or at the corresponding job.
The photos are created directly in the OIA Agent app. For this purpose, there is the option in the questionnaire to take photos directly or to upload them from your gallery.
It depends on the assignment.
A. Fixed viewing times (e.g. interior viewing): If you need a contact person (e.g. property manager) on site to open the doors for you or to accompany you through the property, the appointment is fixed and coordinated with the contact person.
B. Flexible viewing: You can choose when you want to view the property. You only have to pay attention to the end time/deadline so you do not complete the job too late.
For interior inspections, there is always a contact person whose contact details are stored in the job. If there is no contact person or they are not available, you can contact us at any time by clicking on the question mark in your OIA Agent app.
You will find the phone number of the contact person in the corresponding job in the OIA agent app. Please call him/her. If you can’t reach him/her after repeated attempts, please contact us by clicking the question mark in your OIA Agent app.
Yes, you are allowed to do that. It is legally permitted to take photos of the surroundings, facade and property, as long as you do not enter the private property.
Even though it is not forbidden, we ask you to take photos without people if possible or to make sure that as few people as possible are in the photos. Maybe wait a few minutes until they have passed by.
As soon as you have answered all the questions in the questionnaire completely, please check them again for correctness. Then you can send us your results (questionnaire including photos).
Maybe you missed a question or you are not connected to the Internet. If it doesn’t work after multiple attempts, please contact us by clicking the question mark in your OIA Agent app.
