In accordance with the customer vision “working as a service”, the foundation for the location expansion of a flexible office operator from Berlin and the on-site visits by OnSite ImmoAgent was laid. In order to make the decision of renting additional space easier, specific data on external, internal and environmental classification was generated and provided. The client accompanied the inspection via live stream and was able to control it individually from his office.
For this cooperation, the focus was put on the time factor as well as the joint development of a viewing protocol for real estate inspections.

In addition, the inspection results were generated in a tabular overview as the basis for internal processing. The service provides the customer with the necessary information about the location within a short amount of time, without carrying out the time-consuming inspections themselves.
